Campuswide Honors Student Council (CHSC)
About CHSC
The Campuswide Honors Student Council (CHSC) is a student affinity group within Campuswide Honors whose purpose is to:
- Increase CHC community engagement through programmatic opportunities, meetings, and social events.
- Supporting students develop Career Competencies including personal and professional development, communication, critical thinking, equity & inclusion, and collaboration.
- Promote academic excellence by developing strong student-faculty relations through events such as Faculty Coffee Hour which is hosted every quarter during the academic year.
CHSC signature events include weekly coffee hours, dances, student mixers, and the Battle of the Brains trivia bowl.
Why should I get involved?
CHSC offers a chance to enhance your college experience by connecting with fellow honors students. As a volunteer or council member, you’ll develop leadership skills in communication, problem-solving, event planning, and decision-making.
