Rachel Roberts

I’m so happy to be the CHP’s Office Manager and to be a part of the honors community again! I graduated from UCI in 2014 with my degree in English and an emphasis in Creative Writing. In addition to being a CHP alumna, I worked for the CHP office as a student assistant for two years. The close interaction with my fellow students in the honors office led me to pursue opportunities in Arroyo Vista Housing, where I served for two years on Arroyo Vista Student Council and worked as a Summer R.A. and Summer Conference Assistant.

After graduating from UCI, I returned home to San Diego and worked for UCSD, where I held positions in administrative support and student affairs. I returned to the UCI and the CHP in November 2016 and I couldn’t be happier. As Office Manager, I am responsible for the administrative and accounting functions of the program. I am also involved in the planning of events like Honors Experience Day.

Some of my passions include theater, books, cats, travel, Comic-Con, crafts (jewelry making), and exploring museums and cultural attractions. I love meeting new people and look forward to welcoming you to the CHP!
